Roofing Process

1. Roof inspection and assessment

   We carry out a thorough on‑site inspection to assess your existing roof—checking leaks, damage, ventilation, and structural integrity. Measurements and photos ensure an accurate brief.

2. Design and material selection

   We help you choose the right system—tiles, slates, or shingles—plus colours, profiles, ventilation, and insulation. You’ll see clear pros/cons, warranties, and lead times.

3. Planning and Quotation

   We draft a clean plan with timeline, costs, and logistics. We coordinate permits and Building Control where required, and provide a fixed quotation with clear inclusions.

4. Removal of old roofing

   We safely strip existing materials, protect your property, and dispose responsibly. The roof deck is repaired or replaced where needed to provide a sound base.

5. Installation

   New underlayment, flashings, drip edge, and vents go in first; then tiles/slates/shingles are installed to manufacturer specs. Penetrations are sealed and details finished neatly.

6. Clean up and final inspection

   After installation, we clean the site, remove debris, and complete a final inspection with you. You receive certifications, warranties, and care guidance.
